This policy explains what information Beauty Route Express collects through this website and app, how we use it, and the choices you have.

What we collect

  • Account details. Your name and email address when you create an account. If you create the account with a password, Google's Firebase sign-in service stores it in protected form, and we never see it. If you sign in with Google, we receive your name and email address from Google, not your Google password.
  • Account status. Whether we have approved your account, and when you signed up.
  • What you tell us. If you contact us by phone, text, or in person to order or ask for help, we see your phone number and the details you give us, such as your name and what you want to buy.
  • Order requests. When you send an order request through the site, we save your name, phone number, email address if you give one, the items you chose, and any notes, so we can confirm the order with you. If you choose shipping, we also save the delivery address you enter. With every order request we save a record of what you agreed to: the policies and wording shown to you, the policy version, and the time.
  • Calls and text messages. If you give us your phone number with an order request, we may call or text you about that order. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to stop texts.
  • Payment details. This site does not collect payment card numbers or other payment details. When you send an order request, nothing is charged online.
  • On your device. Your language choice and the items in your bag are saved in your browser's storage on your own device. Your sign in is kept only for the current browser session.
  • Technical information. Like most websites, our hosting provider, Google Firebase Hosting, automatically receives your IP address and basic browser details when pages load, so it can deliver and protect the site.

What we do not do

We do not sell your personal information. We do not run advertising or analytics trackers on this site.

How we use your information

  • To create and manage accounts, and to decide whether to approve them.
  • To take, prepare, and deliver orders.
  • To answer your questions about orders.
  • To keep the site secure and prevent fraud and misuse.
  • To follow the law and keep business records.

Who we share it with

We share information only with services that help us run the business, and only what they need: Google Firebase (hosting, sign in, and our database and file storage, including servers in the United States) and, when the law requires it, government or legal authorities.

How long we keep it

We keep account information while your account is open. We keep order records as long as we need them for business, tax, and legal reasons.

Your choices

You can ask us to show you, correct, or delete the account information we hold about you by contacting us. You can clear your language choice and bag at any time by clearing your browser's site data. You can sign out at any time.

Children

This site is not meant for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them. If you think a child gave us information, contact us and we will delete it.

Security

We use HTTPS, sign-in protection, and access controls so that only authorized store staff can see customer records. No online service is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
